This 40 Day Challenge will encourage ministry leaders to prioritize their health and well-being for themselves, their families, and their ministry.  Regular exercise and healthy habits can improve physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being, allowing ministry leaders to serve their communities more effectively.  This challenge includes:
3 Group Classes per week with peers at MOVE CrossFit.
Expert Coaching from experienced and certified CrossFit coaches
Body Composition Analysis to provide detailed insights into muscle mass, body fat percentage, water distribution, and visceral fat.
Nutrition Seminar and access to a certified Nutrition coach
Community and Accountability with other ministry leaders on the same journey to create a supportive environment and encourage consistency.
40 Day Challenge participants will compete for an overall male and female winner.  Points will be earned by attending class, healthy eating, sleeping, water consumption, muscle mass gained and decrease in body fat %.
