Join us every Sunday at 10AM for Sunday Morning Faith Workouts, a unique experience that strengthens your body and uplifts your spirit. Choose from a variety of fitness options—Workout, Yoga/Mobility, Run, or Walk—and we’ve even got an engaging and fun Workout for Kids, so the whole family can participate. After we move, we gather together for a short but powerful inspirational faith message to start your week with purpose, hope, and community.

All fitness levels and all ages are welcome—come as you are, and leave encouraged!
